SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "excellent food"
The first time to visit this fine dining of French cuisine and had excellent food and wine and cheese. It is a bit noisy as there is a party at one end . They said since it is raining they had no other place to accommodate them. We must say this is the best french food in the city so far. When the rain is over it will be a nice experience to sit outside on the bank of Inya Lake. Only if they have better music and curtains and drapes to absorb the noise, we will be delighted to enjoy a fine dining.MesaStila: "Colonial Elegance and Very Relaxing"
"The resort is 30-40 buildings assembled on a beautiful plateau. The original plantation house has been restored and elegant yet unique. The staff was polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful through our entire visit. The breakfast is very good and includes different options of Indonesian and western food. I especially enjoyed the homemade yogurt The spacious villas look like something out of a film set with a huge king size teak four poster bed, antique furniture and lamps, wooden shutters, a day couch overlooking the balcony, and a lovely bathroom including a huge tub and luxurious towels. The villa was well-kept and very clean. The hotel has a daily complimentary coffee plantation walking tour which was excellent. We really enjoyed learning about the 4 different types of coffee plants and the history of MesaStila. The hotel spa is great. We had complimentary neck and shoulder massages. My wife enjoyed the varied spa packages."Tugu Malang: "Classic and Traditional"
"What should I say about my amazing stay in Hotel Tugu Malang? The room was excellent. They even provided us with FREE high tea between 4-6PM and they served very very good Indonesian traditional cakes and desserts. They also gave us 10 minutes complimentary shoulder massage. This hotel is like a monument. They gave us a free tour of the hotel and so we can see different rooms offered. Unfortunately, we stayed only for a night. Definitely recommend this hotel if you go to Malang!! This is the best place to stay."MesaStila Resort and Spa: "Best hotel EVER"
I stayed for three nights at the MesaStila hotel and was blown away! The rooms are breathtaking, large, with enormous bath-tubs and rose petals, beautiful beds, and huge porch overlooking trees and valley. The service is impeccable, with housekeeping stopping by both morning and evening, to add special touches, fruit, etc that make the stay so special. Every single detail of the location is beautiful and made with love. Including the coffee which is grown and roasted on their very own plantation! Truly UNFORGETTABLE. Anyone should visit MesaStila!Kinabalu Park: "Highly recommended"
Not only for a mountain climber but also for nature lovers. Many tracks to walk with plants, birds etc. Good restaurant there too.Really enjoy the scenary and all the birds around.Nice weather so can walk a whole day.Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Idyllic stay"
The perfect place to relax for 2-3 days at the end of a holiday in India. Very comfortable and spacious bungalows set widely apart in landscaped grounds right next to the Arabian Sea. The sea was rough while we were there so we took advantage of the pool area instead, which was quiet and peaceful - some of the bungalows were unoccupied but I don't imagine the hotel is ever noisy/busy. This is a place to relax and unwind. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we appreciated little touches like the leaving gifts and the postcard that arrived for my birthday 4 months later! Will definitely visit again one day.Villa Song Saigon: "Charming old French Colonial property"
"We loved staying here despite the lack of a lift! Our room at the top was large and comfortable with views over the Saigon river and of the dining courtyard below where we loved to eat. The service was impeccable and then we found the pool! It was so pretty and tranquil and just the place after a hectic morning's sightseeing. Altogether a delightful and peaceful place to stay. Room Tip: Lovely rooms at the top but quite a climb!"Satri House: "Colonial splendor a walking distance from the historical center"
Satri House is a charming colonial style hotel in Luang Prabang in a quiet area of the city. It is a walking distance from the historical center and if you wish some bicycles are as well free of charge at your disposal in the hotel. You can just ask for a lock at the reception. The hotel complex is highly elaborated with some charming rooms in the new part of the property in colonial like buildings that look just like they were conceived at the French colonial period. One older building was the official house of the Laos Crown Prince and you can stay there in three suites with antique furnitures. A pond with lotus flowers, many tress give to the place a very romantic touch. A restaurant with a talented Lao female Chef is at your disposal for delicious meals Lao or Western. Breakfast is served there at your convenience. The staff is particularly nice and friendly and will always do their best to assist you. Take time to have a talk with them as they love to practice foreign languages. The managing director is a young european guy who is very welcoming and will help you make your stay unique. Take time to wander around Luang Prabang and enjoy your time in the hotel itself (the place is great for romance ! Keep it in mind)Maison Polanka: "Sublime. The perfect balance in every respect"
Maison Polonka blew me and my friends away. Very rarely do you walk away from a hotel stay speechless at the friendliness, the serenity, the service, and the ability to go above and beyond. From the gardens to the pool, as well as the stunning rooms, Maison Poloka has nailed it. But beyond that, the service was extraordinary, from the first pick up, through to helping get a flight delayed so we would not miss it (!!). Yes, that happened. Attentive without being smothering; friendly and absolutely genuine. I would normally keep such a place a secret, for fear of it getting swamped and me never being able to stay there again - but when it's this good the world needs to know about it and they deserve every booking they get.VILLA SONG SAIGON: "Charming hotel in a stunning location"
"Pure peace and tranquility next the Saigon River, absolutely stunning place which exceeded all our expectations. Beautiful, colonial style rooms with stunning views, fabulous food all served with the Vietnamese hospitality. We felt wonderfully pampered and spoiled. "
