Sukoon Houseboat: "Watch the world float by"
We stayed at Sukoon for one night based on the recommendation of our host at the Cottage, Nigeen and can't thank him enough for making the arrangement for our stay at Sukoon. The hospitality is great, right from the time they pick you from the shore of Dal lake in their own boat. The houseboat is fabulous with great wooden furniture along with all modern comforts.the staff was very helpful and courteous The food was delicious , especially the Tea (kahwa) and coconut dessert with chocolate sauce . The upper deck was the perfect place to spend our mornings and evenings and the lower decks was the best place sit and shop and also eat the pakodas and tea from the nearby floating shop. The rooms were comfortable and finely built and well maintained.Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. While leaving white threads were tied to our wrists for our safe journey. We were really touched by this gesture. We will defiantly come back and stay for a longer time.Supanniga Eating Room: "Authentic Thai Traditional recipes"
"Supanniga has beautifully surprised me and my wife with very traditional Thai recipes cooked to perfection in the authentic Thai style. They are far from toning the taste to foreigners. That is why I love it. Thai food is not only spicy. I recommend the crispy mushrooms and leaves with passion fruit sauce. The pork curry is very yummy, very balanced taste, spicy. Pur Ear Tea chilled is a very nice drink for summer."The Cabochon Hotel: "Quite an experience – highly reccomendable"
"We found this unique hotel to be in a good part of Bangkok. Close to the Skytrain that connects you to most of the city and to/from the Airport. Very helpfull staff and overall great service level. As this is a boutique hotel with very few rooms, you really feel you get special attention. Nice rooms, with beautiful decor and a nice bathroom. Our room also featured a pleasant balcony (free minibar and fresh fruit daily by the way! Good breakfast as well) We especially liked the roof top terrasse with the large swimmingpool and stunning views of the city. A+ experience and highly reccomendable for those seeking a luxury feeling at very resonable rates."David’s Kitchen: "Unforgettable first anniversary meal."
I don’t really know where to start with this review as so much has been said before but you really must treat yourself to David’s Kitchen. Not one detail has been overlooked, staff are impeccable, quality ingredients abound, presentation is exquisite. This is truly a unique dining experience. David is such a humble host, sharing the success of his restaurant with his charming wife Prom and the wonderful Thai chef, along with his attentive staff. It’s clear to see he has a passion to create a wonderful dining room with superb food and excellent service, this he manages with ease and charm, his reward is to see people from all over the world enjoying themselves. Thanks for a fantastic evening it was truly a great pleasure for us both.Misool Eco Resort: "Little paradise resort"
The place is close to a lot of very nice diving spots. Staff is nice and friendly, food is good and the overall atmosphere will make your trip unique. Highly recommended. The trip is long but it's worth!Supanniga Eating Room: "Awesome:)"
"We had a hotel in Thonglor and we passed by this place looking for some food, the sign said Isaan food, and with the wife being from Isaan, we had to go in! Full bar including wines, but the food was delicious. Good comprehensive menu, and the place was so busy. We had a few dishes, rice each and 5 bottles of Singha. Bill came to just under 1000 baht, half for food, half for beer We will definitely go back! Thank you team Supanniga ❤️"Samanea Beach Resort: "Cambodia 6.17"
Had a great time, staff and hotel facilities excellent. The breakfast was very good and the dining facility was lovely and breezy. The room was spacious and comfortable and loved the outdoor shower. Pool also good.Tugu Bali: "A lovely stay at Tugu Bali"
"I stayed at one of their Dedari suites and it was a very pleasant stay. Beautiful room with a lovely bathroom (you can see the fish pond from the bathroom). Tugu Hotel is known as one of the most beautiful boutique hotels in the world. It has a fascinating collection and walking around the hotel was really enjoyable. Tugu Hotel Bali is located a few meters away from Batu Bolong beach and they have their own garden next to the beach, which allowed me to enjoy sunset privately. Besides their hospitality and fascinating collection, I am a big fan of their massage (the spa room is beautiful!) and the cultural evening (and dining). One of those places where you really can't wait to go back to."Hotel Tugu Lombok: "An amazing experience"
I have stayed at the Tugu Lombok a few times over the years and each time it gets better and better! This time I was there for the birthday of a dear friend and I have never been to a better party. The food and the organisation of different events, the incredible decor and my room! It was truly the best time. An incredible place to stay with a loved one and an even better place to have a party or get married. So special and authentic and wonderful !!!Tugu Bali: "Hidden Gem in Bali"
"We stayed at Hotel Tugu Bali for 2 nights and it was exceptional. The hotel is located in a very popular area of Bali (Canggu) with great night life, beaches, and surfing. The staff was very attentive and hospitable. In particular, Putu, was very helpful at reception. He would go above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He would always greet us by name with a smile and arrange everything for us including breakfast, spa appointments, a shuttle to the airport, a tour of the hotel and even historical info on the antiques and artifacts on display.. The hotel is very unique in that it has a big emphasis on the atmosphere, decor, and mood. There is a large collection of antiques, but don't think that this means the hotel feels old. All the amenities are modern but the atmosphere makes you feel like you're in a tropical paradise. This is not your standard ""cookie-cutter"" style hotel. We stayed in the Dedari suite which is on the ground level. It is very spacious. It has its own entrance to a front garden before entering the room itself. It almost has the feel of a stand-alone villa. Unique features of this suite include a private plunge pool and an outdoor washroom. The bed is the most comfortable I have EVER slept in. It is bigger than a normal north american king size. I wanted to take it home. The breakfast options are amazing. And we had the option of eating anywhere on the premises. First day we ate on a raised cabana overlooking the beach. Second day we ate on a balcony overlooking the gardens. While in Bali we stayed at 3 different hotels in Uluwatu, Seminyak, and finally here at Tugu in Canggu. By far, staying at Tugu was the best. Highly recommend that anyone reading this should stay at Tugu Hotel. You will not regret it!"
