Objectives:
- Develop Sales and Marketing strategic plan
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and partnership
- Recruit, onboard, and train employees to achieve objectives for sales and quality service
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
- Plan, implement, and maintain budgetary allocation
- Motivate team to improve their skills
Required qualifications
- Proven success in a managerial role
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Fluent in English (and French) + knowledge of Lao would be a plus
