Head Chef, trained in French/Italian cuisine needed for a restaurant 70 covers specialized in Mediterranean cuisine – The restaurant is located in Maerim (Chiang Mai), with another outlet planned for opening mid 2024 in another province.
The ideal candidate would be Thai National, with a similar experience and able to work in team with a brigade of 8. Strong experience, maturity and understanding of Mediterranean culture required.
Work with organic and locally sourced farm products.
Commands of English would be a plus.
Creative and flexible.
Leadership and discipline ability.
Patient and willing to work a small team of 8 cooks.
