The ideal candidate would be French (but open to other nationalities), young (below 35yo) and able to work in team with Thai chefs and cooks, in a position of second de cuisine. Strong experience in Classic French restaurants required, and an experience of a few years in Asia would be a plus.
Work with organic and locally sourced farm products.
Commands of English. Thai language would be a plus
Creative and flexible.
Patient and willing to work a small team of 5-6 cooks.
