We stayed at Maison Dalabua (same property) and were lucky to get reservations the first night of our stay. Great food (Laotian with a French touch). Good cocktails and all at very moderate prices – maybe not for local standads (one can eat cheaper in town) but considering the quality of food very reasonably priced.
