Hotel Tugu in Canggu, was by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in Bali. Its location, property (rooms, pool, seaside, etc), details, in room features, everything was exceptionally good. Not quite like the modern-designed contemporary hotels, more than that it has a unique authentic atmosphere but a world-class and warm service.
Rachamankha has it all: it’s in a prime location (near all the temples) but it’s really peaceful and quiet. The pool is perfect, and the library is a really cool asset. Breakfast is highly recommended too. All in all, our stay was perfect!

Very unique experience staying in this hotel. Quick walk to the surf breaks at Batu Balong, Old Man’s and Echo Beach/Pererenan from the lovely beach area on the property. Food in the restaurant is a bit more expensive than other options in the area but well worth the price.
After 10 days of touring in Bali we finally landed at the Tugu. In hindsight I wish we could have spent even more days here. The service was unbelievable, the food was delicious, and the lawn near the beach was just perfection. We can’t wait to go back!
