“After a career in the Swiss high class fine dining branch, I wanted to explore something new. Even through my skills are based on classic techniques, I love to experiment with flavors and spices and create extraordinary combinations. My style is colorful, fresh, and the light blending of Asian products with European techniques.”
Chef Felix's cuisine is based on natural products, preferred from local, organic and sustainable suppliers. His creations are light, colorful and pure, based on Felix and Lucia’s personal lifestyle, with a strong focus on health. Respecting their European roots, the cuisine combines traditional and innovative European techniques with local Asian ingredients, carefully presented and refined with incredible attention to detail.
