- Restaurant: Organic, seasonal and local, the restaurant, only uses fresh ingredients from its organic farm and local suppliers. The chef presents a taste of Thai and Northern-Thai cuisine, and a selection of Western dishes. Cooking classes are also available.
- Spa: The Bamboo Spa offers affordable treatments based on ancient knowledge passed down from generation to generation, using signature natural aromatic oils to smooth and caress the senses. The healing powers of volcanic lava stones placed strategically on key energy points of the body allow a deeper pressure massage for a deeper relaxation.
- The Farm: The resort has gone beyond the green concept to a green lifestyle. Water is supplied from its own reservoirs. The tea plantation, organic farms, and fruit orchards yield produce for the kitchen and guests. The resort also supports local growers and suppliers to provide meat, and seasonal vegetables and fruit.
- Treks: Phu Chaisai Estate contains roughly 2,000 acres of primary growth forest and jungle, three water reservoirs, and a fresh spring fed waterfall. The highest point of the property, above the Organic Farm reaches 600+metres above sea level. Self-guided trekking is possible through the Organic Farm, Oolong Tea Plantation, and bamboo groves. Staff-guided trekking is also available through the dense jungle, along the waterfall and river systems, caves, and the nearby Golden Horse Temple.
