Dining is another highlight; the open-air restaurant serves a rotating menu that has been inspired by a delicious combination of Indonesian and Mediterranean cuisines. Ingredients are fresh, often organic, and locally sourced whenever possible. Guests can enjoy wood-fired pizzas, fresh seafood, and tropical fruits, with vegan and gluten-free options always available. Special beach dinners under the stars, complete with bonfires and barbecues, can also be arranged, creating unforgettable moments framed by ocean breezes and candlelight. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or as a solo adventurer, Aloita invites you to slow down and savor the rhythms of island life. At the heart of it all is a devoted team that treats every guest like family, ensuring your stay is filled with warmth, care, and unforgettable memories.
