I love this hotel. It’s gorgeous, quirky, welcoming and the service is impeccable. An hour before we needed to leave to visit a mosque my daughter realized her only long sleeved shirt was incredibly wrinkled. We called reception and her shirt was promptly pressed. There are too many exquisite details to list but to name a few : fresh flowers, fruit and glass bottle of mineral water in the room, beautiful lobby with koi pond and fountain, and the quickest room service ever. As a first time visitor to Indonesia, I feel somewhat overwhelmed but returning to Hotel Tugu after a busy day sightseeing is like coming home.
