This journey has been personally designed by Chef Johnson,
after a journey of cookery experiences in the kitchens of several countries around the world, returned home to Malaysia and shares now his passion for local ingredients and culture.

- Armenian Street (Lebuh Armenian) with its Street art (e.g., Children on a Bicycle mural by Ernest Zacharevic) and quaint cafés opening up if you need coffee
- Kapitan Keling Mosque, a gorgeous Indo-Moorish architecture
- Khoo Kongsi, one of the most ornate Chinese clan houses in Malaysia
- Cannon Street & Acheen Street with colonial shophouses, mosque and temples
- a Pinang Peranakan Mansion museum showing Baba-Nyonya heritage
- Chew Jetty, one of the clan jetties on stilts over the water
- Lebuh Pantai (Beach Street) , with its Historic banks and colonial buildings
After lunch , visit of the Kek Lok Si Temple (about 2h) a Buddhist temple, established between 1890 and 1905 by Chinese monk Beow Lean, the temple complex reflects the cultural and religious diversity of the region dedicated to Goddess of Mercy Statue (Guanyin), with a towering 36.5meter bronze statue located at the hilltop, offering panoramic views of Penang.
