King Suites (3 units)

Authentic colours, textures and styles derived from the cultures they embody, each of the 3 suites - Asmat, Bali and Java features spacious bathing facilities, a king size bed, and a gracious, comfortable décor.

Double Suites (2 units)

Slightly smaller than the master suites, both guest suites - Sumba and Borneo have a double bed and a gracious, comfortable décor. Colours, textures and styles are also derived from the cultures of these two islands.

Founded by American-born architect and Silolona Sojourns founder Patti Seery, based in Indonesia, Silolona Sojourns is guided by a long-standing commitment to cultural preservation and responsible exploration. For more than 30 years, Patti has worked closely with indigenous communities across Indonesia, including the Asmat and Dani tribes of Papua, supporting the safeguarding of living traditions and cultural heritage throughout the archipelago.
Silolona Sojourns actively supports marine conservation and biodiversity initiatives in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. As a member of the Indo-Pacific Conservation Alliance (IPCA), the company contributes to projects focused on ecosystem protection across the region. Partnerships with Conservation International support the Bird’s Head Seascape initiative and ongoing marine research, while annual financial support of the Misool Foundation contributes directly to the protection of the Raja Ampat marine park. Silolona Sojourns is also involved in global conservation efforts through Re:wild and the ReShark / StAR Project, supporting leopard shark rewilding and marine research expeditions, and continues collaboration with ocean advocate Shawn Heinrichs (Only One / Racing Extinction).
Cultural preservation and community support remain central to Silolona Sojourns’ mission. The company supports Yayasan Toraja Melo in Sulawesi and PEKKA in Flores, helping sustain traditional weaving and strengthen women-led livelihoods, as well as Sanggar Alam Serang Dakko in Makassar, which focuses on traditional music, dance, and cultural education. These values extend into daily operations through responsible sourcing and sustainable vessel design, including the use of locally sourced wood, reclaimed teak, and fully functional sails to reduce environmental impact.
