Chef Prateek Sadhu of Masque and Chicago’s Michelin star chef, Mike Bagale collaborate with locally foraged ingredients over a 12 course menu


30 June – 1 July, Masque’s culinary philosophy with Chef Sadhu, aligns with Chicago’s Michelin star chef, Mike Bagale’s understanding that rustic, locally-grown products sourced from nearby regions can be elevated to fine-dining standards.

Intrigued by the diverse produce the rich soils of India, and by the unique ingredients discovered in the Himalayan belt, Chef Bagale will begin his journey as Chef Sadhu takes him foraging for fresh produce from Kashmir to create a menu that revolves around the season.
