Get ready for this year’s delectable line up of alfresco feasts, from sun-soaked, lazy lunches to sumptuous starlit dinners.
On Friday 15th December, prepare your appetite for a five-course banquet of exquisite and authentic Thai flavors, featuring most popular dishes from Bangkok’s acclaimed Supanniga Eating Room and including free flow red and white wine. The sumptuous menu will include local specialties from Trat province in the east of Thailand, namely Mahor (seasoned minced pork, served on sliced fresh orange), Moo Cha Muang (a stew of pork meat and a rare sour Thai herb called Cha Muang), and Nam Prik Kai Pu (spicy dip of seawater crab roe and crab meat served with fresh vegetables). The courses will be served Thai-style, so you, your family and friends can experience a true Thai feast, just like local Thais in their rural villages.
The Theatre of Feasts will once again host banquets (prior reservation required) created by some of Asia’s most prestigious and innovative chefs.
Enjoy Wonderfruit, Bangkok!
