Meaning “season” in Thai, Le Du serves à la carte and tasting menus which offer modern Thai food showcasing Thailand’s rich produce and centuries old culinary cultures, complemented by an intriguing wine list. The seasonal menu includes marinated oysters, ant larvae, prawns cooked on a hot stone, corned venison, pork tongue and pork blood pudding.
Open for dinner from Monday to Saturday 6pm to 11pm. Lunch arranged for groups only, by appointment - please enquire.

After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America and getting an MBA in Hospitality at Johnson & Wales University, I worked in several Michelin-star restaurants in NYC. At Le Du Wine Bar & Restaurant I’ve adapted what I’ve learned using local flavours and ingredients.”
