"The staff were wonderful, the food was terrific, and the guide was incredibly knowledgeable. Our guide took us to secluded areas of Yala (away from the crowds of jeeps) where we saw leopards mating, leopards sleeping, and leopards messing around being leopards. We spent two great days there, and overall it was a great safari experience!
"The villas are in the heart of the Royal 'precinct' in the old part of the city. Its a great location, close to the Royal Palace, the Siam Museum and the flower markets. However once inside the walls, it is very calm and very relaxing. The villa's have a very authentic old Thai feeling to them and it is a refreshing change from normal 5 star hotel rooms.
There are a limited number of villas and this allows them to make each guest feel very special. We dined at our own table out beside the river each night. We loved it!
The food is also excellent.
Another aspect of the villas that make the experience different is the story behind the villas, and the links to the Royal family. It is another reason, this hotel is a refreshing change from the normal 5 star hotels.
I would highly recommend the villas and I am looking forward to going back there next time we are in Bangkok"

Please do visit this place to add some everlasting and memorable moments in your lives......
Wonderful stay in the Yellow Room - quite, well appointed and spacious (much bigger than pictured). The owner cobbled together 6 or more properties to create a couple acre paradise. It's plenty close to downtown Siem Reap and down a sleepy side street so it is private and sees no traffic. Breakfast is quality - latte, fresh local fruit, freshly baked bread, eggs any way you like, etc. Toss in helpful staff (arranged tuk tuk to/from temples and car to PP, booked restaurants, even called airline on our behalf to inquire about changing flights), free bikes to tool around in, good library, and relaxing pool with excellent kitchen, and the choice is easy
"A huge thank you to Praneeth, Sajith and the rest of the staff in making this one of the most amazing experiences we have ever had in Sri Lanka.
We stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of our road trip and saw it all:
Leopards, herds of elephants, huge crocodiles and water buffaloes wallowing in the mud, painted storks and large egrets, just for the prettiness and so much more! Last but not least, a young sloth bear eating termites at dusk .
We leave with the utmost respect and admiration for the team and the effort they put in to, not only giving you the time of your life but also in creating awareness and conservation of wildlife and habitat.
We have lived Sri Lanka for a number of years and this was our first Safari - but definitely not the last
David’s Kitchen: "Impeccable experience and amazing food"
My fiends and I (all in our 30s and foodies who travel all over the world) went to Davids based off a friends recommendation. When we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised to have David himself greet us at the door. Our table was ready with a welcome sign with our names at the table (small detail that not many restaurants do). We tried 4 appetizers, 3 dinners, a dessert and signature cocktails. Every thing we ordered was so delicious and presented perfectly. The pumpkin soup was phenomenal. We also had escargot, surf and turf, lamb shank.... I can't say there was even the simplest thing that we didn't love. Knowing that we're foodies, we told David who offered to take us into the kitchen and we took pictures with all the chefs. They then followed us with a personalized email which just was the perfect end to an already fabulous! Highly recommend making a visit.... you won't regret it!
We only stayed two nights at 4 Rivers Lodge but it was totally worth it and stunning! We have been very much happy with this experience! it's the best way to relax and be in contact with the nature: no wifi, phone, no TV, no computer. We spent our days cooling off in the Tatai River, phishing, kayaking, having a massage, discovering the little island in front of the resort and trying out the excellent fresh food available at the restaurant. All the tents are very private and comfortable. The shower is a gem! It was simply an amazing experience that we'll never forget! we are happy we chose this place for our honeymoon trip! so peaceful and immersed in the wildest nature of Cambodia! Also, the staff is very friendly and nice! An amazing experience!
Sukoon Houseboat: "Great service and accommodation"
Party of eight and looked after very well. The food was excellent and the whole service was outstanding. Very comfortable accommodation. Unfortunately we arrived as the Srinagar floods started ( subsequently declared a " National Disaster " ) and after a couple of days Vishal evacuated us to the Taj hotel as the level of the lake rose about 12 feet. We were trapped in the Taj for 3 days and were overjoyed when the Sukoon team arrived with boat to evacuate us and subsequently Vishal accompanied us all the way to Leh over two days. Brilliant work by the Sukoon team who really know how to look after their guests even in a crisis.
Here every detail is a plus that adds to our well-being ... The first place along the river, the garden, pavilions, swimming pool, warm pool .... Breakfast and good and well presented dinner. I enjoyed a nice massage. Small various attentions provide comfort (brazier, fruit in the room, tea and water available in various places) rewarding excursion in the villages. Welcome by Raphael and Mathilde.
"Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Tage im Tugu auf Lombok in der Bagavatgita-Suite. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist toll und auch das nächtliche Bad im eigenen Pool. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und romantisch. Trotzdem waren unsere beiden kleinen Kinder immer überall willkommen. Ausgezeichnetes Essen. Herzlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team. Ein Highlight für die Weiterfahrt war das Übersetzen nach Gili T mit dem hauseigenen Holzboot.
Stayed August 2016, traveled with family"
