We are an eco-friendly villa resort with beautiful open-air showers, mosquito nets, and pedestal and ceiling fans. We are also proud partners of Trash Hero, a community-based organisation whose mission is to bring communities together to clean and reduce waste. In addition to providing our guests with natural, locally sourced amenities, we also bottle our own filtered mineral water.”

Each villa is configured with 4 bedrooms, spacious and airy sunlit living areas, open plan kitchen and dining spaces, decking for sunbathing or dining, a fully stocked bar and a private pool. One of the villas is set just 20 metres from the beach with sea views from the villa across to the Phi Phi National Marine Park, and the other villa perfectly placed for privacy nestled amongst the gardens that border the resort’s beachfront location.

Designed for up to 10 guests, this stunning villa offers the best of beach villa living. Located 20 metres from the beach with direct views of the famous Phi Phi National Marine Park, this spacious five bedroom beach villa features a private 2,000sqm tropical garden with direct beachfront access, decking for sunbathing or dining, spacious living room with an open kitchen and fully stocked bar. The exclusive master suite is detached, and in addition to its ensuite bathroom it has an open-air double Balinese style rain-shower and double vanity.

We Care

A leader in low-density, high sustainability development, this resort was designed using natural materials to support its “Genuine Natural Luxury Island Living” philosophy. Each villa has natural ventilation and fans. At night, the cool breeze from the ocean and the sounds of the waves adds to the wonderfully soothing, natural experience whilst keeping the eco-footprint as small as possible. For guests that prefer to close their windows and doors, all of the villas do have air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

Keeping true to its eco-chic hideout beliefs, there are no televisions in the villas. Despite the castaway feel and general atmosphere of the resort and island, WiFi is available in the villas. All of the amenities and toiletries in the villas are natural, local products and the resort makes its own filtered mineral water. Koh Jum Villas also works closely with the local community and buys nearly all of its produce from the island.
