In the interests of transparency, we feel we should let our guests know that there is currently (February and March 2024) some government construction underway on the riverbanks near our hotel. This work might affect those who are sensitive to noise. The work is not continuous, and it is only during daylight hours. Because of this work however, our boat the Apsarian Queen is not able to operate. It is still possible to get across the river to the old town by bicycle across the Old French Bridge, a short cycle ride from the hotel. And the hotel car is also available to take guests to town whenever they would like to go – the journey by car takes approximately 15minutes.
