Held at Babe Restaurant in Damansara Heights and Dewakan in the Klang Valley, the two events bring together the creative minds and menus of four of our great chefs who share a philosophy around sustainable food and sourcing only the best locally produced ingredients.

Babe X Cuca

This Friday and Saturday, Michelin-starred chef Jeff Ramsey of Babe Restaurant is creating a 20-course tasting menu in collaboration with Chef Kevin Cherkas of Bali’s Cuca. Book your seat now to sample an array of sumptuous dishes – each chef is creating 10 items each – featuring tantalising highlights such as Tai Chazuke – Kombu Cured Japanese Sea Bream, Sour Plum and Kelp Tea Sphere, and King Crab with Black Truffle Chawanmushi.
 

 
Dewakan X Locavore

Next week, Dewakan’s first chef collaboration of the year is with one of Bali’s finest, Eelke Plasmeijer of Locavore. Listed in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and named Best in Indonesia, Locavore is all about going local. The two-night, four-hands dinner marks Dewakan’s continued commitment to collaborate and work with like-minded chefs. Driven by the abundance and beauty of hyper-local ingredients, the chefs will create a culinary experience that evokes the flavours of the respective countries.
