The restaurant is helmed by a French chef who uses fresh local produce, herbs and spices together with his sophisticated cooking technique, taking Cambodian cuisine to next level. The chef greets each table upon guest’s arrival by introducing menu of the day, he also presents petit-four to complete our meal. What a sincere and friendly gesture to the customers! The 6-course menu (you can choose 5 too) is very reasonably priced without sacrificing quality and quantity of food, it is definitely a great place to try the flavoursome Cambodian cuisine and spend an evening there.
