TAIWAN: AN OPEN AIR KITCHEN

- A Secret Retreats journey -

The path to your friend's heart and love goes from your cooking.
– Confucius

Taiwan may not be the first destination that comes to your mind when you plan holiday… The image is often the one of an industrial country, filled with electronic factories. With Chef Jimmy we have built that itinerary to give back justice to the island, show the diversity of sceneries from the foggy cliffs where caviar is available at the north to the sub-tropical cacao plantation or again the forests and hills originally populated
