Now here is one quiet, unassuming restaurant off the tourist spots in Siem Reap that we found to be REALLY, REALLY GOOD. Chef Pola is Khmer and very creative with local cuisine plus his talent and training abroad makes it world class gourmet. What can I say.. I even tried the red ants and eggs on the menu and liked the entire dish. Just give the tuktuk driver the address and he can bring you there.
