True gastronomy in Udonthani

Might be the only restaurant in the northeast that has strong gastronomic concept, similar to those with Michelin stars or World’s 50 Best rank. We did their 10 course tasting menu. Every dish was presented in a modern way but used the ingredients that are very sustainable, local ,and mostly can only be found in Isan (Northeast). Even I’m a Thai I was quite surprised that 50% of the vegetables used are those I never heard of. They also focus on “food as a medicine” concept too and they are eager to explain the benefits of each ingredient. A la carte menu is also amazing. Even we were very full we couldn’t resist ordering Crispy Pork with Tamarind Chili Paste…loved it. And don’t forget the dessert…grand finale:)
