“Seeds delivered quite the fine dining experience, but at the same time, managed to maintain a cozy, home-y and hospitable atmosphere.
The location is a winner. The outdoor decking is a perfect spot for a sunset aperitif, situated on the Inya Lake amongst a breathtaking garden of lotus flowers.
The interior design and the table setups are simply elegant. A lot of the chinaware is custom-designed and you can really tell. The service was excellent. The entire team was really attentive, and even Lucia and Felix themselves came over to our table to make sure everything was well. We really appreciated the hospitality.
And of course, last but not least, the food was exceptional. The amuse bouche of lobster bisque was delicious, so were the appetizers like the pumpkin soup with scallops, and our mains of pork fillet, lamb and beef. All of the dishes had extra little ingredients that, together, created an explosion of harmonized flavors on our palates. The truffle ravioli, apparently a Chef Felix special, was also a delightful surprise.
