“This place is an absolute must.
Chef Ton is a magician, he gave me 3 types of watermelon as an amuse bouche.
I tasted sea bass with lime snow( Devine)
There were oyster sabayons,pickled gourd,river prawns and everything was cooked with a light modern touch and confidence.
The service was smooth, and slick.Every dish and wine was fully explained.
The decor is minimal, the location is down a small alley next door to namsooth bottling plant.
The booking was done via Mr Tao who squeezed us in.
