“This was without doubt one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. We’ve tried some incredible food in our travels, however the presentation and flavor in the food at Cuca was exceptional.
I’m glad we didn’t do the tasting menu, as between 4 of us we managed to order almost everything on the menu (so more dishes than the tasting menu), and it was hard to fault any.
The pork bun is a must. The butterfly flsh is different and soooooo good! The squid was exceptional and the squid ink risotto is an interesting take on the dish, well worth trying if you like squid!! Also the ceviche was stunning!!”
