At our restaurants, we are aiming at combining fresh produce from local markets and showcasing the flavours of Laos. This position is a good opportunity for a dynamic Thai Chef to create and express its style throughout the menu

Luang Prabang – Restaurant
Target is widely western
40 seats
All day service from 6AM to 11PM

Champasak – Hotel Restaurant
64 seats
Lao nationals and Thai people are an important market segment
Hotels’ guests are mainly western persons
All day service from 6:30AM to 10PM

Kitchen Chef Profile: Female/Male
English speaker and literate. Lao or Thai language basic is required
Must be opened to adapt itself to different situation/environnement/people
Self-directed, rigorous and creative

Main missions :

  • Renewal of menus in collaboration with the restaurant manager
  • Setting up weekly dishes
  • Development of the picnic / take-away offer
  • Training of the teams
  • Lead kitchen crews and coordinate their the works
  • Monitor and control kitchen standards
  • In charge of purchasing and inventory
