Lauded for his ‘fun dining’ approach, progressive modernist cuisine and Japanese-inspired Tapas, Babe’s Michelin-starred Chef-Owner, Jeff Ramsey will hand over the knives, pots and aprons to Chef Kevin Cherkas for just two exciting nights.
