The event is Dewakan’s first chef collaboration of the year is with one of Bali’s finest, Eelke Plasmeijer of Locavore. As its name would suggest, Locavore is all about local. The two-night, four-hands dinner marks Dewakan’s continued commitment to collaborate and work with like-minded creative chefs, restlessly driven by the abundance and beauty of hyper-local ingredients, yielding a culinary experience that evokes the flavours of our respective homelands. The meeting of Dewakan and Locavore is a meeting of elements at intersections; inspired by earths, fire, the heavens in the skies above and the waters submerged below.
