Purchasing your Secret Retreats Gift Certificate could not be simpler.

- Select the format – an elegant printed gift certificate (packaged & delivered) or a convenient e-voucher.
- Provide delivery details – send it directly to the recipient or to your own address.
- Add a personal touch by including your customized message.
- Select your preferred payment method.
Within the next 48 hours: - A Secret Retreats Concierge will confirm the details and conditions of your order and send you a secured payment link.
- Upon receipt of payment, your Gift Certificate will be issued (for printed versions, please allow a minimum of 7 days for express delivery).
The voucher can be used within 12 months from the date of issuance.
Valid Across Asia
Secret Retreats Travel Gift Certificates can be redeemed for journeys, hotel stays, or dining experiences within the Secret Retreats collection. The gift amount will be deducted from the total reservation, exclusively through our Secret Retreats Concierge service.
Voucher Redemption Conditions
This voucher shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Redemption of this voucher may be effected solely and exclusively through the Concierge of Secret Retreats dream@secret-retreats.com.
This voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any attempt to redeem this voucher by other means shall be null and void.
