Hotel Description

Sea Dance Resort is a small and intimate boutique beach resort situated close to the airport in one of the best locations in Koh Samui. Captivated by the Coconut Island’s gentle and healing vibe, the owners were inspired to build thatched roof bungalows with private pools and garden cottages overlooking Hanuman Bay. As there is no public access to the beach, the resort makes for a truly private, peaceful and relaxing tropical island setting in which to unwind.

Guests can also take a Thai cooking class with Chef Nawaphan.

Your Host & The Team

Mr. Poy Booncham“We aim to provide our guests with an authentic experience that enhances the island’s natural flow and rhythm. Our boutique resort offers exceptional quality ranging from luxurious interiors to the freshest ingredients served in our restaurant.”

We Care

In an effort to be green, Sea Dance was built with local sustainable and environmentally friendly materials including bamboo roofing and natural thatching. The resort also grows its own fruit, vegetables and herbs in the gardens, which are then used to prepare ultra fresh Thai and Western cuisine in the restaurant.

Welcome to Koh Samui

Nestled in the Gulf of Thailand and once a haven for fishermen, Koh Samui is Thailand’s third largest island. Nature abounds in the “Coconut Island”—a place laden with white sandy beaches, crystal blue waters, lush green vegetation, and warm and friendly people.

Visitors can explore the revered 15 metre tall Big Buddha Temple, Grandmother and Grandfather Rock’s strange formations, the sacred mummified monk at Kunaram Temple, or stroll around a local market or multicultural fishing village. Chaweng View provides the opportunity to soak in Chaweng Beach’s wonderful vistas. Fun-filled activities range from exhilarating elephant treks, golf and horseback riding on the beach, to jungle excursions in an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) or on a cable car, to mountain bike riding, hiking, and myriad water activities. World renowned for its diving and snorkelling, Koh Tao and Koh Nang Yuan are not to be missed. Home to 42 limestone islands containing secluded beaches, coral reefs, and forests filled with a wide array of flora, fauna and caves, Angthong National Marine Park is also popular. A peaceful, tranquil place in which to relax and unwind--Koh Samui.
